Nach der Restversorgung in der Bogenbucht, Torpedoaustausch in Ramsund, Lotsenübernahme in Lödingen und Lotsenabgabe in Harstad, operierte das Boot im Nordmeer. Es gehörte auf dieser Unternehmung zu den U-Boot-Gruppen [[Zorn (U-Bootgruppe)|Zorn]] und [[Grimm (U-Bootgruppe)|Grimm]]. Auf dem Rückmarsch ging es über Harstad (Lotse und Kantine an Bord) nach Narvik. Nach 9 Tagen und zurückgelegten  890 sm über und 243 sm unter Wasser, lief U 310 am 03.10.1944 wieder in Narvik ein.
